Our room was luxurious and perfectly comfortable and had a marble bathroom. Everything was exceptional, though a few employees were rather noisy. The location was amazing, just a short stroll away from Icon Park. It was about 20 km from the airport👌
Everything was first-rate.

Location great for dining, shopping, Metro access
No DOORMAN--arrived by car with lots of luggage- reception terrible- no baggage cart, no staff to greet, dirty carpet up stairs to door, error in reception- they had wrong day of arrival- Hotel definitely not a class act.

Great location.
Asked for one king bed before checking in, and still received 2 single beds pushed together. Rooms are in need of some renovation to make it good value for money.

Lutetia is a beautifully renovated hotel with exquisite architectural details and luxurious marble bathrooms. The spacious Junior Suite offered a serene atmosphere, with very little noise from the streets and fine views of the surroundings. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable.
There were minor logistical challenges with room service and some amenities.

Can just recommend for a short layover
Elegant hotel, spacious room, with a wonderful view from the balcony, and the delicious breakfast served in-room was the perfect way to start my day. Convenient location with a metro station right across the street made exploring the area effortless.
Everything was perfect.

This was my second time at this hotel. Last time -12 yrs ago- was on a business trip, this time purely for pleasure. The location of the hotel is excellent, the room nice, quiet and clean. The breakfast excellent and worth the eur 26 charged. Staff professional and friendly.
The room was overpriced. I remember I thought so last time too. The room and the bathroom are pretty basic and though comfortable enough I am sure I can get the same quality for eur 75 less. My room was for smokers. Luckily there was no trace of smoke, so I did not need to ask for another room. In 2011 no smoking ought to be the default booking, and it should be smokers who have to take the trouble to get the room of their choice.

The staff is polite here, the services are amazing, and location is stunning close enough to beautiful bakeries. Their rooms are always extremely spacious and immaculate with a view of the Eiffel Tower, a balcony. Freshly cooked dishes can be found in the gourmet restaurant.

I liked the location
The rooms were very plain and you could actually hear and feel the subway going through. Although its a historical landmark there are a lot more hotels that offer more comfort for the same price.

The location
We arrived at 7:00 a.m. and had to wait 7 hours to get a room after a 13 hour flight and booking a month in advance. Room was tired and we only had one bath towel in the bathroom. Concierge extremely rude and no bell boy to help with the luggage. No drinking water in the room and in general, not worth the 1200 Euros for our three night stay.
